Rules & Terms for Beginners

All films must be 10 minutes or less.
Can be shot and edited on any device.
No professional supervision or assistance is allowed.
The production crew and cast should all be beginners.
Local laws of the UAE & sensitivities must be respected.
Languages allowed are English and Arabic, for other languages subtitling will be required.
No age limits for amateurs.
There are no more limits other than your imagination.
